Wire the single read tool's view enum to scheduler/cache outputs (focus/issue/milestone/board/runway/calibration/directives/standup/search); the model reports numbers, never computes. This is the P3->real bridge; sequence early in P4.

Acceptance: each view returns the compact JSON shape (agent-tools.md); forecasts always ranges.
