RunwayScreen (milestone range bars, capacity list, calibration teaser), CalibrationScreen (scatter + honest diagonal + x1.18 fit, bias bars), MilestoneScreen (stats strip, cone, grouped issues). Shares Chart with P3-3.

Acceptance: range bars show due-marker vs 80% band; teaser links to calibration; all from fixtures.
