FocusScreen (Now=jade card + footer actions, Next/Later) + StandupScreen (typeset letter, drift dots, per-person plan, stale-blocker nag) + the Chart.jsx BurnUpCone SVG. Reduced-motion-safe stagger.

Acceptance: both render pixel-close from fixtures; one jade card per view; forecasts as ranges.
