Question

As a distribution layer rather than a system of record, the outcome has to get back into whatever the retailer actually runs — Coupa and Bamboo Rose at Walmart, Partners Online and SPS Commerce EDI at Target, Supplier Hub at Kroger, and nothing at all at Costco.

Resolve: the minimum viable handoff (export, webhook, API, or human-in-the-loop), which integrations if any are in v1, and how a retailer with no system is served without turning this into a system of record by the back door.
