Question

The original idea calls for easy kickoff tooling which coordinates follow-up actions between retailer and bidder, and for vendors to receive communication/coordination through the system to speed up fulfilment.

This is the part of the loop no competitor closes — but it is also the easiest place for v1 to balloon into a project-management product.

Resolve: what happens at award, what the minimum coordination surface is, whether it is in v1 at all, and where the boundary sits against the retailer's existing systems.
