IssueScreen (intent left w/ composer 'writes to gitea, as you'; machine-derived right: lifecycle timeline, per-issue forecast, dependency chips, provenance) + InboxScreen (day-grouped notifications, filter tabs, unread dots, mark-all-read).

Acceptance: issue click from any view routes here + Back returns to origin; inbox rows navigate to issue/directives.
